Looking to lease some land for 16 to 18 months

Can anyone help us please. We are a mature couple in our 60's and we are both currently working full time. We are looking for a piece of land to park up on for atleast 16-18 months, preferably local to Hasting or Napier as we both work in Hastings. Our 12 meter Motorhome is fully Self-Contained running on Solar and Gas, no power needed, but will need access to water. We would also like to bring a small shed, 2 trailers, (1 car trailer and 1 boat tralier) and maybe a possibility of building a raised garden.
